Andrew Skrabutenas is a composer based in Los Angeles, California and has provided music for numerous independent and feature films, as well as for television, video games, and music libraries.

 

After graduating from U.C. Irvine, he spent many years at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions, working with Emmy-winning composer Jim Dooley on such projects as TNT’s The Last Ship; FX's Wilfred; Nickelodeon's Splitting Adam; Netflix’s A Series of Unfortunate Events; and Disney’s Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.

Check out Andrew's music in the PBS Kids show Splash And Bubbles. From the Jim Henson Company/Herschend Studios and starring John Tartaglia and Leslie Carrara-Rudolph in the title roles, the show follows yellowback fusilier Splash and his best friend Bubbles as they explore the ocean and all the wonders it has to offer.

Andrew has recently completed scoring Rock Camp: The Movie, available now on Amazon Prime. Directed by Doug Blush and Renée Barron, this heartfelt rock 'n' roll documentary takes a look at several campers with personal connections to the camp, as well as the camp's likable and eccentric founder, David Fishof. Rock Camp: The Movie was produced Doug Blush and Jeff Rowe.

Andrew's other credits include the music for Johnson Production Group/GoodFlix's In Love With My Partner's Wife; MarVista Entertainment's The Captive Nanny; and additional music for USA's Mr. Robot; Starz's Gaslit;  FX's American Crime Story: Impeachment; and Netflix's Ratched.
